This is the public publication of E20 Janta Party, an unincorporated political-and-satirical consumer movement about fuel choice. The site combines (a) sincere consumer demands, presented as a manifesto, and (b) satirical commentary on Indian political and fuel-policy life. The demands are real. The voice is sharp. Both are protected speech. A separate Disclaimer explains which parts of the site are which.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the tab and go argue about mileage on WhatsApp instead — we will still be here when you calm down.
Licence to use the site
You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site for spam lists, impersonate the project as a registered party, or republish large portions of the copy without credit.
User submissions
- If contact forms or backends are added later, submissions must not include unlawful content, others' personal data without consent, or malware.
- By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it in connection with this project.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, mechanical, financial, or medical advice. If your car is stalling, see a mechanic and keep service records. If you want a consumer case, speak to a qualified advocate. Satire is not a substitute for either.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of third-party statistics, or that your mileage will magically return after reading our manifesto (though hope is free).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, operators of this site are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. That includes arguments with relatives at the dinner table about ethanol.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed first through correspondence at e20jantaparty@proton.me — and only in the unlikely event of an unresolved disagreement, through the appropriate courts at Delhi.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page is the clue that something changed. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
