E20 Janta Party is a satirical citizens' movement website about one boring, expensive problem: India made 20% ethanol-blended petrol (E20) the default at pumps, and millions of bike and car owners feel they lost the right to choose what goes in the tank.
Who built this site
This website was founded by Vikas Verma from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is an independent consumer-awareness / satirical project about E20 fuel choice — not a registered political party, and not affiliated with CJP or any electoral organisation.
This is not the official anything
This site is an independent satirical / consumer-awareness project. It is inspired by the public E20 debate and by the digital-protest format of the Cockroach Janta Party — but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by CJP, Abhijeet Dipke, or any registered political party.
Social media accounts using the E20 Janta Party name proliferated in July 2026. Treat this website (e20-jantaparty.org) as its own publication. Instagram @e20_jantaparty is cited only as a third-party public reference — it is not operated by this website. Multiple X handles exist; do not assume any of them belong to us.
What we want
- E0 (100% petrol) available alongside E20 (and other blends) at retail pumps.
- Clear labelling of ethanol percentage at the nozzle.
- Fair pricing — no punitive surcharge that makes choice fake.
- Public data and independent studies on mileage, wear, emissions, and maintenance.
- Accountability from policymakers who own the E20 rollout.
